OK . My second post  is about terms you need to be familar with. when its about hair some words cant be avoided.They are

• BC :Big chop
• PS :Protective styling (hair do)
• DC :Deep conditioning
• COWASH : Conditioning wash
• SHAMWASH :Shampoo wash
• DIY :Do it yourself

     
                    As a naturalista you need to avoid the use of things like:

• Hair spray
• Oil sheen
• Petroleum jelly cream 
• Dryer
• Straightener
• Sulphate or products containing sulphate

NOTE that tight hair causes hair breakage
