Health Tips4 health habits to completely avoid

Health tips abound, giving everyone clues on how to live longer. However, there are certain health habits that must be avoided and those are equally important.

Health tips abound, especially in the Internet age, giving everyone clues on how to live longer. However, there are certain health habits that must be avoided and those are equally important.

These are 4 health habits that you most definitely want to avoid:
  • Drinking habits: Taking sugary drinks every day and avoiding water will cause a number of ailments and leave your skin looking wrinkly. Take as much water as you can daily.
  • The weekend: Not working out following a weekend of eating the most unhealthy things is probably not a great idea. If you are going to go on a weekend bender then combat it with a good workout.
  • Stay the same: The worst thing you can do fitness wise is not challenge yourself. If you start out with a certain number of reps, you should up after a while.
  • The wrong attire: For cardio like running or jumping, you want to make sure your ‘sensitive’ parts are safe and secure so that nothing comes spilling out.
REMEMBER ALWAYS THAT HEALTH IS BETTER THAN WEALTH. Enjoy ur day
BEAUTIFUL WAY TO START UR MORNING

Epidemiological studies have associated strawberryconsumption with lower rates of hypertension, inflammation, cancer, and death from cardiovascular diseases.
Strawberries contain a modest amount of essential unsaturated fatty acid, so now you know how healthy this cake recipe is right?
this is a perfect way to use those overripe too fast strawberries from the market as they’re insanely sweet and practically collapsed even before they hit the oven.
Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup (95grams)all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup(105grams)yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons(25grams)granulated sugar
  • 1/2teaspoonbakingpowder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea or table salt
  • 3 tablespoons(45grams)unsalted butter, plus more for buttering skillet
  • 1cup (235 ml) buttermilk, well-shaken, or 2/3 cup plain yogurt thinned with 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup (about 140 grams or 5 ounces) roughly chopped strawberries
Preparation:
 1. In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt with a whisk. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in the bottom of a medium bowl, then whisk in buttermilk, followed by the eggs, one at a time. Stir in strawberries. Pour strawberry-buttermilk mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium/medium-low heat. Pour a scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake. Cook until bottoms are golden and bubbles appear all over top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until second side is golden, another minute. If batter slipped out the sides of the pancake when you first flipped it, return it to the first side for another 30 seconds to ensure the leaked batter cooks. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed. If pan gets too hot, the butter turns brown as soon as it melts, the pancakes are done on the outside before the inside, reduce the heat to low.
 3. If you’re not going to eat these right away, you can spread them on a baking sheet and keep them warm until needed in a 200 degree oven.
Serve with fixings of your choice, be it a pat of butter, powdered sugar, syrup and/or additional fresh strawberries.

The examination results posted on 11th of March 2016 has generated mixed reactions as students queried why Korede Bello- a perpetual absentee had such good grades at the detriment of the school’s credibility and other frequent-attending students.

Course mates also noted that Damilare that is a brilliant student with no record of carry over or low grades since he gained admission into NIJ.

Korede Bello whose matric number is HNMC/15/091 reportedly cleared all his results with the help of some corrupt members of the school’s management who manipulated the system to allow him writes his papers after being absent in school for over half of the semester.

The student journalist whose matric no is HNMC/15/031 had earlier been promised to face worst scenario of academic hiccups all through his stay in the institute.

Also some members of the School management had in the wake of early threatened to punish Damilare for exposing the preferential treatment given to Korede Bello as a celebrity to the media.

It should be noted that NIJ has a standing rule of students meeting up to 70% attendance before they can write any examination in the school, yet Korede Bello has only attend lectures once since the school resumed another semester on 29th of February.

People are entitled to whatever they want to think. I married for love and thats why am still married. We’re living our lives the best way we can.

She also cites God as the reason behind her successful marriage,
Sometimes we get upset with each other and have expectations of each other but its a normal feeling, acting on it is a totally different thing. We have challenges like every marriage but we are committed and have our foundation as God.
